Log in to your Smiffys Trade account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
